Today's hair tutorial is for all loop braid lovers! Loop braiding got to be the easiest braiding technique in a while and so is this hairstyle. To get this look, I recommend watching our HOW TO LOOP BRAID tutorial which is one of our early tutorials where I break it down step-by-step how to loop braid. Promise, it is an easy one.
Please note that this casual look is very versatile to rock with or without your hair extensions. If you are interested in recreating this look with your Anchanté Hair extensions, then keep in mind that you will need to install the hair extensions closer to the side of your halo where you want your braid to be at. The reason why you need to move the hair extensions is that you will put all your hair to one side and to avoid bumpy look this will make it easy for you to braid.
If you wish to get a messy and voluminous look, then we got a small tip. Simply use a dry shampoo or texturizing spray to add texture and a bed hair kind of volume. This will add another charm to this hairstyle. Originally, I recreated this look first time by making it very loose in comparison to what you see in this tutorial, and it was very messy. When you pull more on the braid and leave the elastics slightly lower than what I show here, then you will get a very chic and effortless look, which you can wear with flirty summery dresses.
For this tutorial, you will be needing:
Lots of hair elastics
Hair extensions (optional)
Few bobby pins (if needed)
Note, this hairstyle is perfect as it is in this tutorial, slightly tight and put in place and as a messy look. It all depends on how you would like to rock this look. Especially if you have pre-curled your hair or got some day or two days old curls/waves, then even better. Your curled/waved hair will give the perfect natural look to this hairstyle and you will absolutely adore it – guaranteed!
