We are pleased to say that our return/refund policy lasts 30 days after you receive the package. To guarantee your 100% satisfaction, we designed a transparent bag with a FREE color sample to help our customers get a clear image on the color before opening the seal. If the color still does not meet your expectations, please feel free to email us to info@anchantehair.com and we will assist you with further instructions. All we ask from you is sending us the order number. As all hair extensions companies, due to hygiene reasons, we cannot grant a return/refund on the items that have been opened, worn or tampered with. We are very serious and cautious about hygiene and public safety.   

To ensure your satisfaction with our product, we also offer a free color-matching service before you make a purchase, just in case if you are having a difficulty deciding on the color. All you need to do is send us a clear picture of your hair in the natural light and our experts will match the right color for you. 

A full refund will be provided within a few business days (usually 1-3 business days) to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned item was not opened. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund.

If a customer makes a purchase in a currency other than one displayed on the website and later requests a refund, their refund amount may not exactly match their original transaction amount due to variable exchange rates set by customer's credit card issuer. This is a common practice in a purchase made by other currency rather than set in the store.

NOTE: To be eligible for a return/refund, the product must be sealed in its original package. 

Customized color orders can not be returned and are non-refundable.

 

Return Shipping Costs

 

Anchanté Hair does not cover return shipping costs unless the product you have received is different from what you have seen in our online store. You will be fully responsible for covering the return/exchange shipping costs of your product to our warehouse. 

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service since Anchanté Hair is not responsible for lost items. 

Please note when processing the return, we are not responsible for repeated customs fees and duties on the imported items back to our warehouse.
