Please note that some orders can be delayed due to your country’s customs clearance process and we physically can not take control over it. With the tracking number on hand, you can always check the status of your parcel on the courier’s or our website or call them directly. On our side, we will be also pleased to help you find an answer. 




Though we ship our orders free worldwide, we can not be familiar with customs laws and regulations for all the countries. Your country may charge customs duties and fees when the products are imported.
